Traffic Office Clerk The Traffic Office Clerk supports the daily operations of the transportation and logistics department by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and clear communication between drivers, dispatchers, and customers. Pay Rate: $14/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process shipping and receiving documents, including bills of lading Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to schedule pickups and deliveries Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers Maintain organized records of loads, routes, and delivery times Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks for the traffic office Support compliance with company policies and DOT regulations Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Clear communication and strong customer service abilities Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation is preferred
