We are seeking an Experienced InBound Receiving Clerk to join our fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse operation . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and has prior experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate inbound delivery appointments. Maintain and update the daily inbound receiving calendar. Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with drayage companies regarding empty containers ready for pickup. Coordinate inbound shipments and container arrivals. Communicate regularly with warehouse management and office Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Enter and maintain accurate receiving information in the WMS. Assist in resolving receiving discrepancies and scheduling conflicts. Ensure smooth communication between the warehouse, office, and transportation providers. Qualifications: Previous WMS experience is required of minimum 2 years is required. Prior experience in a 3PL warehouse, receiving, or logistics environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in email, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
