Job Description CBS Building Maintenance Inc. is seeking a dependable, hardworking Bilingual Janitorial Cleaner with Forklift Experience to join our team at the CN Roundhouse facility in Gary Indiana. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Previous forklift operating experience required Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to follow safety procedures in an active railroad environment Job Responsibilities Perform daily janitorial cleaning and facility maintenance Safely operate a forklift as assigned and authorized Maintain clean restrooms, offices, common areas, and workspaces Remove trash and debris and maintain designated work areas Follow all company and railroad safety policies Complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled shifts Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to management APPLY TODAY!
