Class Logistics Specialist (Temporary)

Job Responsibilities This position works closely with colleagues in Corporate and Continuing Education program areas to ensure every class has the materials necessary for proper instruction. This includes procuring books and materials and delivering all necessary materials to the classroom prior to the start of each class. This position will also be responsible for retrieving extra materials or books, and all classroom paperwork at the end of class. Data entry tasks include but are not limited to entering grades into Colleague, updating spreadsheets to maintain inventory, and tracking enrollment reports. This position works closely with the copy center to prepare materials needed for all classes. Performs other duties as assigned. This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College Airport Campus Minimum and Additional Requirements Associate degree and two (2) years of relevant customer services experience; or a high school diploma and three (3) years of relevant customer services experience. Must be reliable, flexible and able to travel between all campuses and work from any campus as needed. Must possess analytical thinking skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Preferred Qualifications Ellucian Colleague experience. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook proficiency
