Class B Truck Driver / Laborer

About Level Up Dumpster Hauling LLC Level Up Dumpster Hauling LLC is a growing waste management, dumpster rental, junk removal, moving, and snow removal company serving New Hampshire. We are looking for a dependable and experienced CDL B roll-off driver who is also willing to assist with other company services, including junk removal, moving, and seasonal snow removal. Position Part-time: approximately 16–32 hours per week Additional hours may be available based on workload, customer demand, and seasonal needs. This is a hands-on, multi-department position. The primary responsibility is operating a roll-off truck, but the right candidate will also be willing to lead or assist crews in other areas of the business. Responsibilities ● Safely operate a heavy-duty roll-off truck. ● Deliver, position, and pick up dumpsters. ● Transport materials to transfer stations, recycling facilities, and disposal sites. ● Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation. ● Safely maneuver and back the truck in residential, commercial, and tight-access locations. ● Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements. ● Communicate with the owner regarding routes, customer requests, delays, unsafe conditions, and service issues. ● Lead or assist with junk removal and cleanout projects. ● Operate pickup trucks and trailers when qualified. ● Assist with moving jobs, including loading, unloading, and securing items. ● Assist with snow removal, including plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and crew leadership, when qualified. ● Maintain a professional appearance and clean, safe job site. Qualifications Required ● Valid Class B CDL with air brake qualification. ● At least one year of current roll-off truck driving experience. ● Clean and acceptable driving record. ● Ability to pass required DOT, background, employment, and motor vehicle checks. ● Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions. ● Ability to lift and carry up to 75–100+ pounds. ● Reliable transportation to and from work. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Strong communication skills and willingness to follow direction. Preferred ● Manual-transmission truck experience. ● Junk removal, moving, trailer, or snow-plowing experience. ● Crew leadership experience. ● Experience using mobile communication, scheduling, or dispatch tools. Training Training will be provided for company procedures and duties outside of your current experience. Employees will not be expected to perform new duties independently until properly trained and approved.
