Class B CDL Local Delivery Driver - Food/Beverage ($26.50/hr + 401K + Profit Sharing

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Class B CDL Local Delivery Driver specializing in food and beverage distribution. This role involves delivering to Asian restaurants and grocery stores within the local area, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service. Drivers will enjoy a consistent daily routine with home daily, early start times, and a supportive work environment equipped with modern tools. Responsibilities Safely operate Class B commercial vehicles to deliver food and beverage products to designated clients, primarily Asian restaurants and grocery stores. Manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at each destination. Utilize provided equipment such as electric pallet jacks and trucks equipped with liftgates to facilitate smooth loading and unloading processes. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records of deliveries made. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered during routes. Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during daily operations. Enjoy a predictable routine with early start times around 7:00 AM, allowing for evenings at home and maintaining a normal daily routine. Requirements Valid Class B CDL license with clean driving record. At least one year of experience in food or beverage delivery preferred. Experience delivering to restaurants or grocery stores is highly desirable. Ability to operate electric pallet jacks and handle liftgate-equipped trucks safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards on the road.
