Class B CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various types of freight. The Driver will operate box trucks equipped with lift gates and utilize pallet jacks to move and deliver freight. This is touch freight and requires unload at customers. While driving is the primary focus of this position, the Driver will also be required to work in our warehouse 1–2 days per week, supporting order fulfillment, receiving, and general warehouse operations. Driving Duties Operate company box trucks Load and unload freight securely and efficiently. Plan routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and delivery records. Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Ensure the proper handling of freight. Excellent Customer Service for drop offs Occasional overnights may be needed (1-2 times per month) Warehouse Duties (1–2 days per week) Pull, pick, and stage customer orders accurately for delivery. Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders, and report any damages or discrepancies. Put away and restock inventory in the correct locations. Prepare and wrap pallets for outbound shipments. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed. Requirements Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Hazmat Certification Required Proven experience in commercial driving with knowledge of route driving. Strong understanding of load securing techniques and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently. Physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during warehouse shifts. Warehouse experience and familiarity with order picking and receiving is a plus. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policies.
