---------------------------------------------------------------------- FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: NO GUARANTEED MINIMUMS – YOUR OUTPUT DICTATES YOUR PAY ---------------------------------------------------------------------- FLH Logistics LLC is an active commercial motor carrier operating out of Burrillville, RI. We are seeking a self-motivated Class B CDL operator to run our 24-foot 2014 Freightliner M2 dock-high box truck (Class 7 / 33,000 lbs GVWR, automatic transmission, air brakes, liftgate, Motive ELD). LET'S BE 100% CLEAR FROM DAY ONE: There is NO guaranteed salary or daily minimum to sit in a cab or drag out hours. You are an independent contractor paid for COMPLETED DISPATCHES, not for watching the clock. If you are looking for a job where you can take 45-minute breaks after getting loaded, fuel for an hour, or stretch a 4-hour local hop into an entire day, DO NOT APPLY. We do not pay for clock-milking. If you are an operator who rolls the second you receive a rate con, delivers cleanly, uploads signed paperwork immediately, and turns multiple loads within your legal driving window, you will take home serious daily money. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW THE PERFORMANCE PAY WORKS (LOAD-BY-LOAD SETTLEMENT) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You earn strictly based on completed, verified deliveries (signed BOL submitted via the app). Pay scales directly with your hustle and delivery speed: 1st Completed Load (Base Dispatch): $150.00 flat (covers completing delivery #1). • 14-Hour DOT Window Rule: All additional loads completed within your standard 14-hour DOT clock will be paid an extra $75.00 per completed load: - 2nd Completed Load: +$75.00 Bonus (Total Day: $225.00) - 3rd Completed Load: +$75.00 Bonus (Total Day: $300.00) - 4th Completed Load: +$75.00 Bonus (Total Day: $375.00) Extended Mileage Subsidy (Protection on Longer Runs): - Base Dispatch Radius: Base load pay covers all travel up to seventy-five (75) cumulative dispatch miles per load. - Mileage Kicker: Any dispatched commercial freight leg exceeding seventy-five (75) miles pays an additional $0.55 per mile for every mile driven beyond the 75-mile mark. - ELD Verified: Mileage is audited and approved strictly via Motive ELD automated route records. Unauthorized route deviations, off-route personal stops, or personal conveyance are strictly non-compensable. Reality - Short regional runs and partials can often be completed in 3–4 hours. A driver who turns 2 to 3 regional loads in a single shift clears $225 to $300+. Hit 4 drops and you take home $375.00. - If you only run 1 single load or drag your feet and only finish 1 run, you make only the base dispatch rate ($150.00). - Zero pay for unauthorized delays, personal stops, or stalled transit. Your daily earnings are 100% a reflection of your speed, communication, and work ethic. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CLEAR SETTLEMENT & PAYOUT SCHEDULE (1-WEEK IN ARREARS) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Weekly Payroll Cutoff: All completed loads and signed delivery receipts (BOLs) MUST be fully completed and uploaded by the end of day Tuesday (11:59 PM EST) to be included in that subsequent week's payout batch. Paperwork Rule: Any load completed after Tuesday, or any dispatch missing a clean signed BOL by Tuesday midnight, automatically rolls into the following payroll cycle. No signed BOL uploaded = load is not settled. Direct Deposit Disbursement: Fully settled batches meeting the Tuesday cutoff are disbursed the following week via 1099 Direct Deposit (ACH). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- SPRING & SUMMER STAGE EVENT PRODUCTION (OPTIONAL HIGH-YIELD) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- During the spring and summer season (May through September), our primary background is logisti…
