Class B CDL Delivery Driver/Yard Associate

Pioneer Log Systems is hiring a dependable, experienced Class B CDL Delivery Driver for deliveries and material pickups throughout Tennessee. This position is available part-time or full-time and offers a primarily Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Our driver will operate a 25-foot Freightliner equipped with a Moffett forklift, delivering lumber, timbers, beams, and other building materials to residential and commercial jobsites. Pay & Schedule Pay: $25–$32/hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Hours may vary depending on workload and delivery schedules. Part-Time or Full-Time Available Full-Time Benefits 401(k) with company match Company-paid annual DOT physical Primarily weekday/daytime schedule Responsibilities: Safely operate a 25-foot Freightliner throughout Tennessee Deliver lumber, timbers, beams, and other building materials to residential and commercial jobsites Pick up materials from vendors and suppliers Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials Operate a Moffett-mounted forklift for unloading at jobsites Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Properly secure and inspect loads before transport Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, vendors, and coworkers Follow all DOT requirements and company safety procedures Assist with loading and unloading materials at our facility Full-time drivers will assist with general lumber yard operations and material handling whendeliveries are not scheduled Qualifications: Valid Class B CDL Acceptable driving record Commercial driving experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Moffett experience is a plus Experience hauling lumber, building materials, timbers, or similar products is a plus Knowledge of proper load securement Comfortable maneuvering and unloading at residential properties and active construction sites Dependable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Able to perform the physical duties associated with loading, unloading, and handling building materials About Pioneer Log Systems Pioneer Log Systems specializes in custom timber products and material supply, serving builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners throughout the region.
