Class A truck Driver/ Yard Associate

Company Overview Conlin Supply Company, Inc. is looking for an experienced Class A Truck Driver to join our team in Oakdale. We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused professional looking for long-term, stable employment with a locally established company. Job Summary This position combines local deliveries with yard operations. The ideal candidate has experience operating a flatbed truck with a piggyback forklift and is comfortable loading, unloading, and handling agricultural, fencing, and pipe products. Please do not apply if you do not have previous flatbed trailer experience. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A flatbed truck to make local customer deliveries. Load and unload deliveries using forklifts, loading ramps, and piggyback forklifts as needed. Deliver orders accurately and professionally while providing excellent customer service. Pull, stage, and verify customer orders for timely delivery. Operate forklifts to move fencing, pipe, feed, and other agricultural products throughout the yard. Assist with receiving inventory and unloading semi-trucks and flatbeds. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the feed warehouse, mineral warehouse, and fencing/pipe yard. Work closely with multiple sales team members to ensure deliveries and customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Assist customers in the yard with product questions and loading when needed. Skills Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). Clean driving record. Minimum 5 years of Class A driving experience. Previous experience operating a flatbed trailer. Previous experience operating a piggyback forklift. Forklift operating experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture, fencing, pipe handling, retail yard operations, or a related industry. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Weekend availability is required.
