Class A Truck Driver

About the Position Mountain Cascade, Inc. is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Class A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Combination endorsement with doubles and triples, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safe driving practices. Experience in the construction industry, particularly underground utilities and heavy civil construction, is a plus. The successful candidate will support our operations by safely transporting equipment, materials, and other items as needed. Key Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles in accordance with applicable DOT regulations and company safety policies. Transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from jobsites and company facilities as assigned. Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain accurate driving logs and required transportation documentation. Follow all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatch, yard personnel, and field teams to support daily operations. Maintain a professional attitude and demonstrate dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety. Other duties as needed. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Required Combination and Double/Triple endorsements. Clean driving record; driving history will be reviewed prior to hire. Must successfully complete required pre-employment DOT screening. Must be eligible to participate in applicable DOT random testing programs throughout employment. Strong commitment to safe driving and compliance with applicable regulations. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with team members. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of underground utilities, underground construction, or related operations. Experience transporting construction equipment, materials, or supplies. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Pay Schedule: Paid weekly. Benefits: Full benefits package available after 90 days of employment. Position: Non-union. Home Base: Mountain Cascade, Inc. Livermore Yard.
