Class A Regional truck driver part time
Eastern Iowa Tire, Inc.Eastern Iowa Tire in Des Moines is looking for a part-time regional CDL Class A licensed driver with air brakes to travel to Davenport, Kansas City, and Omaha, but not limited to these locations. The vehicle you would be driving is a Freightliner day cab with an Automatic transmission with a 48' van trailer. A clean driving record is a must. Work schedule would normally be 1-2 days per week. · Maintain a clean, orderly, safe work area · Work Professionally and accurately without direct supervision · Respond positively to direction from management · Be a contributing, respectful team player · Be punctual and dependable · Abide by all terms and conditions in the Employee Manual · Drive and operate a fleet vehicle safely and following all laws · Perform additional tasks as requested by management · Perform all safety related practices as per the Employee Safety Manual · Report all accidents and incidents immediately upon their occurrence to your direct supervisor immediately · Protect company assets · Be Trustworthy, ethical, reliable and dependable Requirements; · Be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen · Class A CDL license · Pass a background check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
