Competitive Pay & Overtime : Starting at $32.00 per hour with consistent, manageable overtime (typically 5-10 hours/week). Monthly Performance Bonus: An extra $250 per month just for showing up on time, working safely, and doing a great job—our owners' way of saying "thank you." Per Diem: $60 per day for meals and incidentals when your route requires an overnight hotel stay. You will average 6-10 hotel nights per month. What You’ll Be Doing This isn't a standard "drop and hook" job. This role is perfect for the active driver who enjoys getting out of the cab and doing hands-on work. Regional Routes: Run dedicated drum-pickup routes servicing our gas station clients. Active Operations: Secure loads, verify inventory, and handle drums of liquid and solid materials. Equipment Handling: Occasionally operate specialized equipment like vac trucks, roll-off trucks, and vacuum tankers. Safety & Compliance: Inspect your tractor-trailer before, during, and after trips. Ensure loads are properly placarded and all paperwork (daily time sheets, bills of lading, delivery receipts, and inspection forms) is meticulously completed. What We Need From You We are looking for professionals who are committed to high-quality customer service and safety. Licensure: A valid Class A CDL. Experience: At least one year of tractor-trailer experience. Endorsements: “H” (Hazmat) and “N” (Tanker) endorsements are required (or you must be willing to obtain them quickly). Record: A clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety. Attitude: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently on the road but also willing to roll up their sleeves and help out in the yard when needed.
