Class A or B CDL driver to operate Hydo-Vac Excavation equipment

DigMasters LLC is currently hiring for the Operator role. The Operator is a Class A or B CDL holder who will drive and operate top of the line hydro-excavation equipment to fulfill the excavation needs of customers throughout the Virginia, DC and Maryland metropolitan area. This is a Full Time position with a growing company based in Manassas, VA. Competitive compensation and benefits well above industry average for top performers. DigMasters is a VSOB and union company. Salary is dependent on work volume, with current operators averaging within the 100k-150k range. The right candidate will have a clean background and driving record. They will be a highly motivated self-starter who can think and work both independently and with other team members on job sites. He or she will have several years of experience driving CDL class A and/or B trucks and operating heavy equipment and mobile equipment. You do not need previous experience in the hydro excavation world –– however you do need to skills, ability, and ambition to learn how to become the best in the industry. Previous CDL garbage workers and Veterans tend to excel. Having a maintenance background will be helpful.
