Class A or B CDL Driver for Paving Company

Patriot Paving is seeking skilled Class A or B CDL Drivers. Duties Safely operate Class A or B commercial trucks, including dump trucks to deliver asphalt, concrete, and other materials to construction sites. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks and paving equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with the operation of paving machinery. Follow all safety protocols, including DOT regulations and site safety procedures, to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Coordinate with project managers and crew members to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth workflow on active work sites. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment usage, and safety inspections to support project documentation and compliance. Experience Proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, cement mixers, or other heavy-duty trucks within a construction or civil infrastructure setting. Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with paving equipment operation. Familiarity with asphalt paving processes. Knowledge of safety regulations including DOT standards, heavy equipment operation safety protocols, and site-specific safety procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, material quantities, and load capacities accurately.
