R&R Transportation is hiring FULL-TIME CDL Class A Drivers to run regional day, evening or night shift routes. . This is AMAZON drop and hook no touch freight. **We are SAP friendly, must already have Return to Duty** Schedule Full-time: 40+ hours per week (Guaranteed 40 hours) Overtime available 4 DAY WORKWEEK - MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO STAY OUT ONE NIGHT OVERNIGHT AND COME HOME EACH DAY. We do have home each day routes (limited availability) Night/Evening and Day shift available. Regional routes (overnight travel required). Routes come home every other day. Consistent weekly schedules provided in advance. Pay & Benefits $23.50/hour starting pay up to $25/hour based on experience Make up to $65,000 to $80,000 with overtime. Overtime available after 40 hours. Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid time off and holiday pay eligibility Supportive dispatch team and management who put drivers first Performance raises based on performance at 3, 6 and one year. Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional routes Transport Amazon no-touch freight Complete scheduled night shift deliveries with overnight layovers Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations Perform accurate pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain professional communication with dispatch Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of CDL driving experience Clean driving record and CMV history Ability to pass a criminal background check Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Willingness to work night shifts and regional overnight runs Preferred Qualifications Experience using ELD systems Familiarity with FMCSA rules and Hours of Service (HOS) Strong professionalism, punctuality, and reliability * PART-TIME POSITIONS ARE LIMITED AND BASED ON AVAILABILITY.* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid orientation Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Any criminal history within the last 7-10 years?
