Class A Driver

Overview Join our team as a Class A Driver and keep freight moving safely and reliably. You’ll operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, on local delivery routes. Assignments may involve refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or automobile transportation, depending on shipment needs. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries help customers receive their freight and keep supply chains moving. Duties Drive commercial trucks and tractor-trailers on assigned route-driving and delivery-driving schedules, using GPS navigation to follow routes. Complete delivery records and vehicle checks, and report delays, damage, or safety concerns promptly. Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as hazardous materials regulations. Qualifications Valid Class A commercial driver’s license with 2+ years of experience Commercial truck driving, truck driving, commercial driving, delivery driving, and route-driving skills; delivery driver experience is preferred. Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, Dry Vans and OTR routes is helpful. Able to perform manual handling and truck loading and unloading safely.
