Class A Delivery Driver & Warehouse Specialist

Job Title: Class A Delivery Driver & Warehouse Specialist Company: Growing Electrical Contractor Location: One Location Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Pay rate depends on experience with traffic signals and street lighting work) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (Standard hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; delivery days may require an early start, as early as 5:00 AM) About the Role We are a growing electrical contractor looking for an efficient, dedicated, and punctual team member to join our crew. In this dynamic role, you will keep our warehouse running smoothly by managing inventory, prepping materials, and serving as our Class A Delivery Driver to transport equipment and supplies safely to job sites. Key Responsibilities Driving & Deliveries: Safely operate a Class A vehicle to deliver materials and equipment to various locations; handle material pickups and local errands as needed. Warehouse Operations: Assist with prepping, packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading materials. Receiving & Inventory: Receive, track, and organize incoming materials and supplies at the yard. Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse and yard environment. Qualifications & Skills Licensing: Valid Class A driver's license with a clean driving record ( Required ). Experience: Prior experience with warehouse operations and general yard tasks. Industry Knowledge: Experience working with traffic signals and street lighting work is a major plus! (We are happy to train the right candidate to master all specialized materials). Communication: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred. Physical Demands: Able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of moving quickly and accurately. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred). Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience) Health Insurance: Company covers up to 70% of health insurance costs. Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week of paid time off.
