Class A CDL Truck Driver - Construction / Heavy Haul

Bull Rock Excavating is seeking an experienced CDL Class A Driver to join our growing excavation team. We are a small, team-oriented company that takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, reliability, and attention to detail. This position will transport aggregates, construction materials, heavy equipment, and supplies to and from jobsites throughout West Michigan. Our drivers operate a variety of trucks and trailers, including tractor-trailers, lowboys, gravel trains, and equipment-hauling combinations. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles and trailers Haul aggregates, construction materials, and heavy equipment Safely load, unload, and secure equipment and materials Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns Follow all DOT, MIOSHA/OSHA, and company safety requirements Assist field crews, when needed Represent Bull Rock Excavating professionally on jobsites and public roadways Qualifications Valid Michigan Class A CDL Current DOT Medical card Acceptable driving record 3+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Heavy equipment, aggregate, construction or heavy-haul experience strongly preferred Consistent and reliable attendance with the ability to report to work on time is a must Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as project schedules require Doubles/Triples and Tanker endorsements are a plus Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check. Applicants must provide 2 professional references and 1 personal reference.
