We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to transport materials to designated job sites and support our daily operations. We offer competitive pay based on experience and a sign-on bonus after 90 days of continuous employment. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Must be able to safely load construction equipment onto trailers or be willing to undergo training. · Must be capable of safely towing a trailer behind a truck. · Safely transport materials to designated job sites in a timely and efficient manner. · Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any defects, maintenance concerns, or safety issues. · Report to work on time and dressed appropriately for the job. · Comply with all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies. · Be available to work overtime and weekends as needed. · Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. · Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated work areas in accordance with applicable safety regulations. · Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and job-site personnel. · Maintain a professional, courteous attitude when interacting with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and the general public. · Assist coworkers and supervisors with additional duties as needed to support daily operations. Skills and Qualifications · Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) required. · Authorization to work in the United States required. · Minimum of one year of CDL driving experience preferred. · Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safe commercial driving practices. · Acceptable driving record. · Ability to comply with applicable drug and alcohol testing requirements. · Strong communication and listening skills. · Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety. · Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. · Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned. · Ability to work outdoors and meet the physical demands of the position.
