ConfidentialBuild Your First Miles on Western Regional Freight Qualified Class A CDL trainees can complete paid mentorship and move into a Western dry van position designed to keep most freight west of the Mississippi. THE WESTERN RUN Most trips are normally three days or less Home time every two weeks Approximately 1,800-2,200 miles per week Day and night driving Weekend availability required Some winter driving EARNINGS AFTER MENTORSHIP $1,200-$1,500 average weekly earnings Linehaul pay scale Performance bonus opportunity up to $0.06 per mile for qualified drivers $15 for qualifying intermediate stops PAID MENTORSHIP Training is approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours with an experienced driver. Trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days, with $300 paid upon hire. FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT Dry van freight may include load or unload assistance, pallet jack and tailgate work.
