NOW HIRING: CLASS A CDL TEAM DRIVERS – W-2 EMPLOYEES FedEx Linehaul Contractor | Dedicated Route | Predictable Weekly Schedule $0.85 CPM Team Miles | $0.60 CPM Solo Miles | Home Weekly ABOUT NESS LOGISTICS CORP Ness Logistics Corp is a FedEx linehaul contractor offering W-2 employment — so you get the stability of working for us, backed by the volume of the FedEx network. This is a dedicated team route with a consistent weekly schedule, not a variable-mile run — you'll know what your week looks like before it starts. THE ROUTE Leave Memphis Monday morning Memphis → Erick, Oklahoma → Memphis → Salt Lake City, returning Thursday evening or Friday morning Saturday morning: one team member runs a dedicated solo leg (500 miles) — teams split this duty however works best for them PAY & BENEFITS $0.85 CPM on 4,435 team miles/week, split evenly between drivers — approximately $1,884.88 per driver/week Additional $0.60 CPM on the 500-mile Saturday solo leg — +$300 for the driver running it that week Safety Bonus — up to $500 per quarter ($2,000/yr max) for maintaining a clean, safe record Longevity Bonus — starts after year 1 and grows every year, up to $5,000/yr at year 5 and beyond 401(k) with 4% employer match Full benefits package: health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid $25,000 basic life insurance Supplemental life insurance available Aflac accident & supplemental coverage available Paid time off Paid training — we pay you from day one Weekly pay via direct deposit BONUS PROGRAMS – THE DETAILS Safety Bonus — Up to $500 Per Quarter Stay safe, stay clean, get paid. Longevity Bonus — Grows Every Year The longer you stay, the more you earn.
