Red Stag LLCJob Description: Safely load and transport bulk milk products from dairy farms to processing facilities. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. Follow all food-grade handling and milk quality procedures. Maintain accurate logs, trip documentation, and delivery records. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or operational concerns. Represent Red Stag professionally when interacting with customers and dairy producers.
