We have a dedicated route available running out of Monroe, LA. This route runs on a hybrid schedule, meaning your start and end times shift throughout the week depending on the day's pickups. Drivers can expect to earn 58 CPM and gross $890–$980 per week depending on exact route and days worked. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE This is a hybrid-schedule route out of Monroe, LA with a mix of customer pickup stops and, when needed, linehaul support. Monday: approximate 11 AM start, 6 PM end — 3 customer pickups Tuesday–Thursday: approximate 2:30 PM start, 6 PM end — 2 customer pickups Friday: approximate 5 PM start, 6 AM end — overnight linehaul run As needed: driver may be asked to help cover linehaul, with another linehaul driver assisting Additional details: No-touch freight 100% drop & hook where applicable — no waiting at docks, no hand-unloading Year-round loads available W-2 employee status — your taxes are handled, your benefits are real Note: This is a hybrid-schedule position with start and end times that change throughout the week (see above). If you need a fixed daily schedule, this may not be the right fit.
