This position is responsible for operating a roll-off truck to pick up 30-yard bins and compactors and deliver totes to bakery customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer-service skills, and the flexibility to adjust to changing schedules and operational needs. A valid CDL with no automatic-transmission restriction is required. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a roll-off truck in compliance with company, DOT, and local safety regulations. Pick up and transport 30-yard bins and compactors from bakery customer locations. Deliver totes to bakery customers according to scheduled routes. Complete pickups and deliveries safely, accurately, and on time. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation. Properly secure loads and confirm equipment is handled safely. Report vehicle, equipment, route, or safety concerns promptly. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members. Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday availability is required. Approximately 40–45 hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs. Candidates must be flexible with start times, scheduling changes, and operational demands. Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. No automatic-transmission restriction. Acceptable driving record. Strong commitment to safety and responsible equipment operation. Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Willingness to adapt to changing routes, schedules, and business needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous roll-off truck experience. Experience handling large bins, compactors, or similar equipment. Familiarity with commercial pickup-and-delivery routes.
