Routes primarily originate in the Des Moines area, allowing drivers to return home nightly. Occasional travel across state lines may be required based on operational needs. In this role, you will transport materials safely and efficiently, inspect equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate with dispatch and customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to potential equipment issues, and comfortable working independently in outdoor and industrial environments. Driver must be observant and able to identify potential equipment issues during routine inspections. Compensation, Benefits, and Driver Incentives Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly , with potential annual earnings of $97,500 . Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate after 40 hours per week . Consistent, full-time work with overtime opportunities. Benefits available, with PTO and sick time beginning on day one . $1,000 annual retention bonus .
