Class A CDL Regional and Food Service Drivers

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Class A CDL Regional and Food Service Driver, where your expertise in commercial truck driving will fuel our commitment to delivering fresh, quality products efficiently and safely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate refrigerated trailers, navigate complex routes, and ensure timely deliveries across regional areas. Your skills in logistics cargo handling, route driving, and compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations will be essential to success. The pay Top earner salary- $85,000 to $100,000 per year (Full- Time) Predictable Schedule- Weekdays with weekends as needed- Know when you are working and when you are home. Time Off- Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days Duties Regional Delivery- Transport and safely deliver grocery products to dedicated Retail and Food Service accounts in a 6 state area. Dock Maneuvering- Expertly back and maneuver tractor- trailers into docks and unloading zones. DOT compliance- Maintain strict adherence to FMCSA regulations, including electronic logs, weight limits, route designations, and manditory rest breaks. Logistics and Integrity- Collect, verify and secure delivery instructions and manifests; immediately report any equipmet defects, traffic delays, or incidents. Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections on all equipment and report problems to our Truck Shop immediately. Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery and route driving within regional settings Familiarity with refrigerated trailer operations Knowledge of FMCSA/ DOT regulations Ability to perform manual tasks related to truck loading/unloading and cargo management Knowledge in use of manual and electric pallet jacks, 2- wheel dolly's and other Material Handling Equipment Proficiency with GPS navigation tools for route planning and real-time navigation adjustments Strong understanding of truck loading/unloading procedures and freight handling standards Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence Join us as a Class A CDL Regional and Food Service Driver to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality products safely while advancing your career in commercial trucking!
