Class A CDL Reefer Driver – Phoenix/AZ Regional – $1,650–$1,950/Week + Weekly Bonus – Home Weekends Pinnacle Freight Services LLC – Chino, CA Pinnacle Freight Services is a growing, owner-led refrigerated carrier based in Chino, CA. We’re hiring 2 Class A drivers for our Arizona regional lane, starting within the next week. The Run Mostly Phoenix-area loads, with occasional Yuma, Northern California, and Las Vegas loads A standard week is 3 round trips from our Chino yard to Arizona All refrigerated freight: produce, meat, dairy, and ice cream No-touch freight Schedule & Home Time Work week runs Sunday through Friday Sunday is an early-evening pickup to start the week. Some Sundays, your trailer will already be loaded and waiting at our Chino yard, so you can roll right out. This varies week to week, so plan on a regular pickup. About 3 nights out per week Home for your 34-hour reset every weekend Want more miles? 6–7 day weeks are available if you want to run extra Pay Paid weekly , per load $275–$325 per leg of an AZ trip ($550–$650 per round trip) A standard 3-round-trip week pays $1,650–$1,950 , about $82,000–$97,000+ a year Want a 4th trip? It pays the same as any other AZ round trip. $75 weekly bonus for meeting all safety, on-time, and reliability standards Detention pay: $20/hour after 3 hours, counted from your scheduled appointment time Layover pay: $85 per day if you’re forced to lay over because of a load cancellation 3 paid holidays : Labor Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day Equipment & Policies Your own assigned sleeper truck Newer, well-maintained trucks and reefer trailers Motive ELD Pet-friendly in your assigned truck Riders allowed with prior approval Requirements Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years of Class A experience (no exceptions) Reefer experience preferred Clean MVR and safe driving record Must pass a DOT drug test and the FMCSA Clearinghouse check Dependable, on time, and professional with dispatch, shippers, and receivers Why Pinnacle You’re not a truck number here.
