Class A CDL OTR Team Truck Drivers – High Miles, Team Routes

Job Overview We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Team OTR Drivers for dedicated long-haul routes based out of Southern California. Join our team and drive brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment, including 2026 Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks and newer models . This is a team driving opportunity offering pay per block, consistent miles, dedicated lanes, and weekly returns to your home domicile. Our team routes are designed to provide dependable work, predictable scheduling, and the opportunity to earn competitive compensation without the stress of chasing loads. Compensation – Paid Per Block Drivers are compensated per completed block , with pay based on verified CDL-A and OTR experience. 6 months–1 year of experience: $1,500 (per driver) 1+ year of experience: $1,750 (per driver) 1.5+ years of experience: $2,000 (per driver) Additional earning opportunities include performance bonuses, retention bonuses, and driver referral incentives. Bonuses & Incentives We reward safety, performance, and commitment with: 30-Day Retention Bonus: $1,000 after your first 30 days 12-Month Retention Bonus: $3,000 after 12 months of continuous employment Performance Bonus: Earn up to 15% based on safety, on-time service, and productivity Driver Referral Bonus: Earn additional bonuses for referring qualified drivers and teams. Route Structure & Home Time Approximately 5,800 miles per week per truck on dedicated team OTR linehaul routes Weekly return to the same domicile in the Southern California area Dedicated, well-defined lanes with predictable scheduling Multi-leg long-haul routes designed for consistent miles Modern equipment and a professional team-driving environment Responsibilities Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely on dedicated OTR routes Drive as part of a two-person team to maintain efficient long-haul operations Complete assigned routes and deliveries on time Perform required pre-trip, post-trip, and vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations and company policies Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and your co-driver Maintain a clean, safe, and professional driving record Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer / OTR driving experience Additional experience required for higher compensation tiers Clean driving record and satisfactory safety history Ability to operate as part of a professional team on dedicated OTR routes Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time service Ability to meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Employee referral program Retention and performance bonuses Why Join Us?
