Position Overview As a full-time Class A CDL Lubricants Delivery Driver, you'll deliver packaged and bulk lubricant products using a tractor and dry van trailer. This is a regional delivery driver job with consistent routes throughout the Fox Valley and northern and western Wisconsin. Monday through Friday, weekends off Day shift with steady, predictable hours Home four nights a week (one overnight per week, hotel covered by the company) Regional routes covering the Fox Valley, Northeast Wisconsin, and northern and western Wisconsin Based out of our Green Bay location What You'll Do Operate a semi-truck safely and in compliance with all state, federal, and DOT regulations Complete scheduled delivery routes safely and on time Load, unload, and transport packaged and bulk lubricant products Verify product labels and condition before each delivery Back and maneuver tractor-trailers into customer loading and unloading areas Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Complete delivery paperwork accurately, including invoices and bills of lading Report maintenance issues through Samsara Provide friendly, professional customer service Pitch in as needed to support our operations team Pay & Benefits We believe in taking care of our drivers. $30 - $32 / hour starting pay Overtime paid after 40 hours Monthly safety bonuses 100% 401(k) match up to 5%, starting day one Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off starting after 60 days, with up to 3 weeks earned in your first year 6 paid holidays Safety boot and prescription safety glasses reimbursement Company-issued uniforms A team-first culture where your work matters Requirements Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check Strong safety record and clean driving history Able to climb in and out of the truck multiple times daily Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs Willing to stay overnight in a company-paid hotel once per week Preferred, not required (we'll help the right driver get there): 1+ year of commercial truck driving experience Local or delivery route experience Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements Why Drive With Wolf?
