WorldLink Truck Driving Academy is seeking motivated, experienced CDL drivers to add to our team of high performing Class A CDL Truck Driving Instructors. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver classroom, equipment, range, and road instruction Monitor student progress and provide additional assistance as necessary Prepare reports and records accurately and completely as required by laws, policies, and school regulations Manage student behavior in the classroom and on the range by enforcing rules and procedures Keep current with laws and developments related to commercial truck driving Use relevant technology to support instruction Performs other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Licensing & Experience: Valid Class A CDL license with at least 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (Driver Training Instructor License preferred, but not required). Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Age & Physical Capability: At least 25 years old and physically able to operate the vehicle. Driving Record: Clean driving record with no more than 2 driving offenses or accidents in the past 2 years, and no DUI in the past 10 years. CDL Restrictions: Must not have an "E" (Automatic Transmission) restriction on the CDL or Motor Vehicle Report. Skills: Basic computer capabilities, strong verbal/written communication, and patience/leadership capabilities for guiding students. Required Application Documents & Verification Medical Certificate: Copy of a valid, unexpired Medical Examiner Certificate. Driving History: Full Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Drug Testing: Date of the most recent DOT drug test. Clearinghouse Check: FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query dated within one month prior to submission.
