FLAGSHIP Solo 5 Route (Dedicated Regional — High-Hour Earning Route) The Schedule: 5 days out / 2 consecutive days (3 nights) home every single week! Predictable Regional Miles: Structured, reliable route itineraries across dedicated corridors with zero seasonal drop-offs. Maximized Earnings: Maximize your hours, overtime, and take-home pay while still enjoying guaranteed weekly home time. Early Access: Get in on the ground floor as we roll out and expand this premier regional schedule! 2. Solo 2 Route (Home Every Other Night — Maximum Home Time) The Schedule: 300–500 miles round trip per shift; home every second day (spend only ~2 nights away per rotation). Work Schedules: Flexible options including 4 Shifts On / 3 Days Off, or a 4-On / 4-Off rotation with 4 consecutive days off every cycle. What You’ll Do Safely operate brand-new Class A sleeper tractors pulling 53-foot dry-van trailers across dedicated Amazon regional and local routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip digital vehicle inspections (DVIR). Couple, uncouple, and dock trailers safely during 100% drop-and-hook operations. Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records and communicate proactively with our experienced local dispatch team. Qualifications & Requirements Age & License: At least 21 years old with an active, valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A). Experience: Minimum 3+ months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience. Driving History: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and acceptable DAC report with no active CDL suspensions or revocations. Health & Safety: Valid DOT Medical Card; able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Operations & Tech: Comfortable using ELD apps, smart GPS, and resting in sleeper cabs during scheduled route blocks. Communication: Able to read, speak, and write English per DOT regulations.
