CLASS A CDL DRIVER / WRECKER OPERATOR

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled CLASS A CDL DRIVER / WRECKER OPERATOR to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy-duty tow trucks, light duty tow trucks & Semi trucks to assist day to day towing and accident recovery work. Responsibilities Operate Class A tow truck equipment to recover and transport vehicles and equipment efficiently and safely. Perform vehicle towing, ensuring adherence to cargo securement protocols and safe vehicle loading procedures. Conduct minor mechanical repairs and basic troubleshooting on vehicles to facilitate towing or prepare them for transport. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients. Follow all safety guidelines related to cargo securement and vehicle loading/unloading processes. Maintain detailed logs of all recoveries, repairs, inspections, and operational activities for record-keeping and compliance purposes. Proven experience operating commercial trucks with a valid Class A CDL license. Knowledge of cargo securement protocols, flatbed operations, and vehicle recovery towing procedures. Strong driving record with experience in commercial truck driving, including manual or automatic transmission vehicles. Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging roadside situations professionally. Prior experience in car towing, equipment hauling, or related roles is highly desirable.
