310 Onsite located in New River, AZ is seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers with a tanker endorsement to support an emergency-response operation involving the hauling and delivery of water from our basecamp in Flagstaff, AZ to the Grand Canyon . This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 1.5 months , with the potential for extension based on emergency-response needs. Successful candidates may also be considered for a full-time position following the assignment based on performance and company needs. Position Highlights $400 per day Approximately 1.5-month temporary assignment Potential for assignment extension based on emergency-response needs Potential full-time opportunity following the assignment Class A CDL with tanker endorsement required Waterhauling and delivery Basecamp located in Flagstaff, AZ On-site sleeping accommodations, 3 meals a day, and showers provided Employees may bring their own tent if preferred What You’ll Do Safely operate Class A CDL 6,000 gallon tractor trailer in emergency-response and field environments. Pump, load, transport, and deliver water to designated locations. Ensure required water testing is performed by assigned personnel and accurately document test results. Safely connect, operate, and disconnect hoses, fittings, pumps, and related water-handling equipment. Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report vehicle or equipment deficiencies. Verify vehicle and equipment loadout prior to deployment. Safely maneuver vehicles on highways, local roads, job sites, yards, and varying field conditions. Maintain accurate water delivery, testing, trip, and vehicle documentation. Communicate with Dispatch regarding job completion, delays, access issues, equipment concerns, and changing field conditions. Assist with general field operations related to water delivery and emergency response as needed. Maintain a safe, professional, and dependable approach throughout the assignment. Qualifications Valid Class A CDL - Tanker endorsement required Current DOT medical certification, as applicable Valid driving record Previous commercial driving experience Ability to safely operate a Class A vehicle in varying field conditions Ability to perform hands-on pumping, water-handling, and testing duties Ability to work up to 14 hours on the clock and 11-hour driving and maintain reliable attendance throughout the assignment Ability to meet applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements Preferred Qualifications Previous tanker or bulk water hauling experience Experience pumping or delivering water Experience with water testing, sampling, or water-quality procedures Experience with hoses, fittings, pumps, tanks, or water delivery equipment Emergency-response, disaster-response, fire-support, construction, or field-service experience Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Driver who is comfortable working in a hands-on field environment .
