Once selected, the plan is **final for the duration of employment** and cannot be switched based on which option would pay more on a particular load or week. ## DETENTION, LAYOVER & EXTRA STOP PAY We believe a driver's time matters, but we also recognize that the company continues carrying truck expenses while equipment is sitting. Broker/customer free-time periods still apply before detention begins. ## WHERE WE RUN Our primary focus is the **Midwest**, including: Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and surrounding markets. We will also run nationwide when the **rate, schedule, freight, and market conditions make financial sense**.
