This regional fleet offers a concentrated running area, weekly home time, and steady dry van freight for drivers who do not want an extended OTR schedule. Drivers average more than 1,900 miles each week before returning home for a scheduled 34 hour reset. Most freight stays within Texas, allowing drivers to become familiar with the territory and recurring freight patterns instead of traveling throughout a nationwide network. Pay and Freight Operation Average weekly earnings range from $1,100 to $1,250 with CPM determined by verified experience. Approximately 99 percent of freight is no touch. A Class A CDL Truck Driver handles a combination of drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load or unload appointments. Physical freight handling by the driver is minimal. This fleet includes 10 speed manual transmission equipment, so applicants must be comfortable operating a manual tractor. Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance along with vacation pay and a 401(k) with company match. Rider and pet programs are also available. Paid orientation lasts approximately three days. Private hotel accommodations and qualifying orientation expenses are provided during onboarding. Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least six months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months.
