Join our team for consistent year-round freight, dedicated lanes, competitive mileage pay, and modern equipment. Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience required. Mileage Pay Rates vary by route and assignment: Solo OTR: $0.52 per mile Team OTR: $0.64 per mile Select dedicated team routes: $0.80 per mile Premium solo routes to Pennsylvania and Ohio: $0.67 per mile, excluding the Kyocera lane in Elizabethtown, PA Applicable mileage rates and assignment details will be reviewed during the hiring process. OTR Routes We operate lanes to Arizona and select destinations including: Illinois: Aurora and Country Club Georgia: Lithonia and Social Circle Michigan: Mason Oklahoma: Tuttle Texas: Grapevine, Fort Worth, and Round Rock Arkansas: Lowell Pennsylvania: Elizabethtown and select premium destinations Ohio: Select premium destinations Route availability and schedules depend on the assignment and operational needs. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment concerns promptly. Maintain accurate hours-of-service logs and required trip documentation. Upload PODs, BOLs, photographs, and other required documents through company systems. Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and facility personnel. Complete pickups and deliveries safely and on time. Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
