Class A CDL Truck Driver Charlotte, NC 28202 Weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,900 Average Miles: Approximately 3,000 Weekly Home Time: Every Other Weekend for 48 Hours Freight: No touch freight Experience Required: 3 Months OTR Driving With 24 Hour Driver Support LEM Trucking is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Charlotte, North Carolina, for an OTR fleet offering strong mileage, newer equipment, and around the clock driver assistance. Drivers average $1,400 to $1,900 weekly while covering approximately 3,000 miles. Instead of depending solely on traditional dispatch, drivers have access to dedicated driver advocates 24 hours a day. Load assignments are supported by company technology that allows drivers to scan through an app when ready to begin the next load process. Eastern Freight and Home Time This fleet operates primarily east of Texas without New York City deliveries. Drivers handle 100 percent no touch freight, including drop and hook assignments and scheduled live loading or unloading. A Class A CDL Truck Driver returns home every other weekend for a 48 hour reset. Approximately 95 percent of scheduled home resets are completed on time. Weekly earnings depend on verified driving experience and operating conditions. Late Model Equipment Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates an assigned 2021 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner tractor. Trucks include an APU, inverter, refrigerator, TV mount, and microwave mount. Paid orientation lasts approximately three days. Qualifying expenses are covered, and drivers receive private hotel accommodations. Class A CDL Truck Driver Qualifications Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable Class A tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 36 months.
