Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 weekly while covering approximately 2,500 to 3,000 miles. Qualified drivers become eligible for a guaranteed weekly pay program after their first 30 days. Quarterly pay reviews provide additional opportunities for earnings increases based on individual performance. Freight That Keeps Drivers Moving This fleet transports year-round dry van freight through established OTR lanes. Assignments include drop-and-hook loads and scheduled live loading or unloading, with little to no physical freight handling required. A Class A CDL Truck Driver works with dispatch to complete scheduled trips and maintain productive mileage between customer locations. Equipment and Driver Comfort Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates an assigned Kenworth T680 with an automatic transmission, APU, power inverter, and sleeper accommodations. The fleet uses model year 2020 or newer equipment designed for extended road trips. Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with additional company benefits. Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
