In addition to the weekly guarantee, drivers may qualify for additional CPM compensation based on productive mileage. Detention, layover, breakdown, safety, and holiday pay opportunities are also available when applicable. This compensation structure provides a guaranteed weekly base while allowing qualifying drivers to increase earnings through additional pay programs. Regional Freight and Weekend Home Time Drivers operate established freight lanes throughout the Midwest and Southeast without New York City deliveries. A Class A CDL Truck Driver returns home every weekend for a full 48-hour reset before beginning the next regional driving cycle. Freight is 100% no touch, allowing drivers to focus on transporting loads without physically handling customer cargo. Available truck amenities may include a refrigerator, television, SiriusXM, DirecTV, and additional comfort features. Company-paid truck washes are also provided. Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and vacation pay. Rider and pet programs are available for qualifying drivers. Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months.
