CLASS A CDL DRIVER
US Frac LLcJob Overview As a Class A CDL Driver, you’ll move freight safely and reliably using commercial trucks and tractor-trailers. You will drive routes or local delivery routes, depending on the assignment, and handle cargo using the equipment and procedures required for each load. This paid position requires safe driving, careful planning, and compliance with applicable transportation rules. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, with manual or automatic transmissions; complete delivery driving and route driving assignments using GPS navigation. Inspect vehicles and secure freight before departure; load and unload cargo, using safe manual handling practices and appropriate equipment. Transport cargo in refrigerated trailers and, when assigned, flatbed, tanker, or automobile transportation configurations. Follow delivery instructions, document shipments, and communicate route or cargo issues promptly. Your impact: Safe vehicle operation and secure cargo handling help customers receive freight reliably while protecting other road users. Skills Required: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), safe commercial truck driving and commercial driving practices, and ability to perform assigned loading and unloading tasks. Required: Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, including applicable hours-of-service and vehicle safety requirements. Required when handling regulated loads: Follow hazardous materials regulations for hazmat and dangerous goods; required endorsements must match assigned cargo. Preferred: Delivery driver experience, freight and logistics cargo handling, OTR driving routes, and experience with refrigerated trailers or automobile transportation. Preferred: Experience with flatbed or tanker equipment, manual transmission, GPS navigation, and route planning. Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,100.00 per week Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
