Class A CDL Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage various types of freight. Duties Operate a hot shot truck/trailer to transport freight to various locations in a timely manner. Perform route driving, ensuring adherence to scheduled delivery times. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and vehicle maintenance. Navigate routes using GPS and maps while being aware of road conditions and traffic regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transit. Experience Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Experience with load unloading procedures and equipment. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures and safety regulations related to commercial driving.
