We are URGENTLY HIRING professional Solo2 CDL-A Drivers (4-day work week, home every other day) and passively seeking Solo5 Drivers to join our growing fleet! We are SAP-friendly and open to new drivers, though 1+ years of CDL-A experience is preferred! What You’ll Do: Haul Dedicated Amazon Freight: Transport dedicated, no-touch drop-and-hook Amazon loads on regional routes originating from the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky / CVG hub. Master Your Route: Execute consistent, predictable round-trip schedules with reliable departure and arrival times. Prioritize Safety: Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles while maintaining strict compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Amazon safety standards. Communicate & Deliver: Maintain clear communication with dispatch and represent AJR Logistics with professionalism and reliability on every delivery. Qualifications & Requirements: License & Certification: Valid Class A CDL and a valid DOT Medical Certification . Experience: 1+ years of verifiable Class A CDL OTR driving experience is preferred, but new drivers and SAP candidates are welcome to apply! Safety & Background: Clean driving record. Must meet DOT, FMCSA, and Amazon Freight Partner eligibility requirements. Must pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check. Skills: Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles, navigate efficiently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and on-time performance.
