Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused CDL-A Route Delivery Driver to join our team in Helena, Montana. This is more than a driving position. As a key member of our delivery and sales team, you'll help deliver some of the most recognized beverage brands to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, retail locations, and other customer accounts throughout the region. One of the biggest advantages of this role is our four-day workweek. You'll work Tuesday through Friday and enjoy three consecutive days off each week while maintaining a stable, full-time career. What You'll Be Doing As a Route Delivery Driver, you'll safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle while servicing established customer routes throughout the Helena area and surrounding communities. Your responsibilities will include delivering products, unloading and stocking beverage inventory, rotating product, maintaining attractive displays, and providing exceptional customer service at every stop. This position combines elements of transportation, route sales support, merchandising, delivery operations, account service, and logistics, making each day varied and rewarding. You'll work directly with store personnel and customers while serving as an ambassador for Harrington Bottling Company. What We're Looking For Successful candidates will possess: A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) A strong commitment to safety and customer service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work independently and manage daily route responsibilities Dependability, professionalism, and a positive attitude Experience in route delivery, trucking, transportation, beverage distribution, foodservice delivery, direct store delivery (DSD), logistics, merchandising, warehouse operations, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.
