Class A CDL Container Driver - Local, Home Daily, Mon-Fri Only

Bolted Box – Indianapolis, IN Full-Time | $24 – $27 per hour Bolted Box is hiring a full-time Class A CDL driver for local and in-state conex shipping container deliveries and pickups. You'll run a 2025 or newer one-ton automatic dually pickup with a 40' tilt-back recovery-style trailer, loading and positioning conex boxes and ground-level office units at customer job sites. This is a steady weekday job: about 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime available when it's busy. You're home every night, with no weekends and no on-call rotation. Hands-on trailer and loading experience is preferred. If you’ve run a rollback, tilt-bed, wrecker, roll-off truck or flatbed, or hauled equipment, you’ll likely pick this up quickly. We’re looking for someone who can winch and position a load and set equipment down in a tight spot without damaging the box or the customer’s site. Over-the-road driving experience by itself is not a fit here. Run deliveries and pickups all over Indiana, with a good share of the work staying within the Indianapolis metro. Pay & Schedule $24 – $27 per hour, based on experience Full time, Monday - Friday, about 40 hours per week Overtime available Home daily No weekends, no nights away, no on-call Benefits 7 paid holidays Paid time off Paid training Driving & Loading (about 90%) Deliver and pick up conex storage boxes and office containers Operate a one-ton automatic dually pickup truck and 40' tilt-back trailer Winch, load, unload, and position conex boxes at customer sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Secure loads and follow DOT safety standards Represent Bolted Box professionally on customer job sites Take pictures and document details of transaction electronically Light Fleet Maintenance (about 10%) Install placards, decals, and company branding on containers Replace or install door locks on conex office containers Use basic hand tools like drills and screwdrivers Perform light equipment and trailer checks Help keep the yard organized No heavy mechanical repair work required. Requirements Valid Class A CDL (auto-only / non-semi endorsement is acceptable) Current DOT medical card Ability to pass a drug screen Safe driving record Comfortable operating trailers and winching loads Basic hand tool familiarity Experience with towing, rollback, roll-off, flatbed or equipment hauling is preferred but not required. OTR-only experience won’t qualify. Conex or shipping container experience is a plus, and we’ll train the right person on the boxes.
