Doctor T’s Trucking Enterprise LLC is looking for reliable, professional, and experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our growing fleet based out of Katy, Texas . Our operation is primarily regional and OTR freight , with most loads running on dedicated day-cab equipment. Because our drivers are frequently away from the terminal overnight, the company provides and pays for a hotel every night while you are on the road. You do not sleep in the truck. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their equipment, communicate professionally, and understand the importance of safe and on-time freight transportation. Position Details Solo Class A CDL driver Assigned company truck Primarily day-cab regional and OTR operations Hotel provided and paid for by the company every night while on the road Mix of regional and longer-distance freight Consistent freight and steady miles Home every weekend No forced dispatch Established freight network, including Amazon and trusted freight brokers Compensation 25–27% of truck gross revenue Paid weekly Consistent earning opportunities based on truck performance and freight volume Company-paid hotel accommodations while dispatched away from home Driver Responsibilities Drivers are expected to: Operate all company equipment safely and professionally Complete pickups and deliveries on time Perform proper pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD and DOT-required records Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding pickup, transit, and delivery status Immediately report delays, mechanical issues, accidents, cargo problems, or other service-related concerns Properly inspect, secure, and protect freight Maintain assigned equipment in clean and professional condition Follow all FMCSA, DOT, company, and customer safety requirements Maintain professional conduct with customers, brokers, warehouse personnel, dispatchers, and other drivers Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience Acceptable MVR and driving record Strong safety history Must meet all applicable DOT/FMCSA driver qualification requirements Ability to pass required DOT drug and alcohol screening Ability to pass applicable background and employment verification Reliable communication and professional attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reefer experience preferred, but not required for qualified candidates What We Offer Company-paid hotel every night while on the road No sleeping in a day cab Home every weekend Weekly pay 25–27% of truck gross revenue Assigned equipment Consistent regional and OTR freight No forced dispatch Established customer and broker relationships Direct communication with management and dispatch Driver-focused work environment Long-term opportunity with a growing transportation company Our Ideal Driver We are looking for someone who treats the truck, freight, customers, and company professionally.
