Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off About the Role: Budds Grading and Excavating, LLC is looking for a skilled Class A CDL Driver to join their hardworking team in Rio Grande, NJ. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated crew doing meaningful ground-up work in the excavating and grading industry. Responsibilities: Operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites Safely haul heavy loads including dirt, gravel, and construction materials in compliance with DOT regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs Coordinate with site supervisors and crew members to ensure timely material delivery Assist with on-site grading and excavating operations as needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle and equipment Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations Requirements: Valid Class A CDL license required - No Manual Restrictions Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety Experience operating dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or heavy haul vehicles preferred Familiarity with construction, grading, or excavating environments a plus Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening Strong time management skills and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude About Us: Budds Grading and Excavating, LLC is a trusted name in the grading and excavating industry, proudly serving the Rio Grande, NJ area and surrounding communities.
