We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Class 8 Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of heavy-duty diesel trucks, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, and hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and diesel engine issues on Class 8 trucks Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine services Troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, and electrical systems Use diagnostic software, tools, and equipment to accurately identify issues Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for safety and quality Identify additional maintenance or repair needs during inspections Maintain accurate service and repair documentation Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and established maintenance practices Qualifications Previous experience repairing and maintaining Class 8/heavy-duty diesel trucks and heavy equipment Strong diesel, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience using diagnostic equipment and software Knowledge of air brake, suspension, drivetrain, and electrical systems Ability to safely use shop tools and equipment Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail CDL and applicable certifications are a plus Benefits Weekly Pay Company-paid Life and AD&D insurance Medical, Dental and Vision insurance available HSA with company match 401(k) with company match PTO Program Employee Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Company Paid Text-Care
