Class 1 Truck Driver

Aggressive Transport is looking for Class 1 Company Drivers to operate 36' to 53' tractor-trailers throughout the Lower Mainland, servicing locations from West Vancouver to Hope. This position involves a combination of local and highway work, and requires drivers who have experience operating in both environments. Drivers may also complete deliveries using a 10-ton truck equipped with two axles and a rail gate. We are seeking professional, safety-focused individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and operating equipment safely and efficiently. There are two shift times available: Afternoon Shift: Either a Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday schedule, with start times between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, working approximately 45 to 55 hours per week across four workdays. Day Shift: Either a Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedule, with start times between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM, working approximately 45 to 55 hours per week across five workdays. What You'll Do Operate tractor-trailer combinations with trailers ranging from 36' to 53' Complete local and regional deliveries throughout the Lower Mainland Operate 10-ton trucks equipped with two axles and a rail gate when required Safely transport freight while maintaining compliance with all Hours of Service regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Provide professional and courteous service to customers and dispatch teams Support highway route coverage as business needs require Qualifications Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence Manual transmission experience or endorsement preferred Clean driver's abstract Strong safety mindset and professional attitude Experience with both local (Lower Mainland/Valley) and highway driving preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Commitment to delivering excellent customer service We Offer Top Industry Pay Weekend Bonus Pay Peak Volume Pay for Select High Volume Shipping Periods Safety Bonus Employer Group RRSP Contributions Health Spending Account Life Insurance and LTD plan Respectful Work Environment Work Available 7 Days a Week Advanced Scheduling Late Model Well Maintained Equipment Work Remotely No Please note: This position is open to individuals interested in company driver roles only.
