When you do great work, we notice, and we reward it. We run long haul across Canada and into the USA, and we're growing. We're looking for experienced Class 1 drivers who want more than a paycheque. Pay $0.35/km (approx. $0.56/mile) Approx. 3,000–3,500 miles per week (approx. $1,700–$2,000/week base pay) Paid bi-weekly Pay growth based on performance: $0.40–$0.45/km for proven consistency, and $0.50/km or more for Elite Driver status. Raises are based on how you perform, not how long you've been here. Your Time Is Paid For Delay pay: $25–$40/hour for delays at shippers and receivers, starting after the first hour Stranded pay: if you're ever stuck waiting because freight isn't available, you're paid by the hour for that time Reset pay: $150 for every reset Bonuses Consistency bonus: $1,000 after 1 month on the road, $2,000 after 2 months, $3,000 after 3 months — and it keeps growing the longer you stay on road. Multi-load efficiency bonus: $50 for 2 loads, $100 for 3+ loads completed efficiently Load securement bonus: $100/month for consistent securement photo proof Early issue detection bonus: $100–$250 for catching mechanical or safety issues before they become breakdowns Bonuses are performance-based and paid to drivers who meet company safety and communication standards. Life on the Road Hotel weekends on us: every 3rd week on the road, we pay for your hotel for the weekend — Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Get out of the sleeper, sleep in a real bed, and recharge. Exploration money: at the end of every month, we give you $100–$150 to go out and explore whatever city you're in that weekend. Grab a great meal, see the sights, do something for yourself. You've earned it. Your mental health comes first: long-haul life is tough, and we take it seriously. If you need a break, a talk, or a hand, we're here.
